Terms of Service
Effective date: 10 October 2025
1) Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Digital Interlock's websites, products and services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2) Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for actions under your account. You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.
3) Acceptable Use
You will not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the Services to process unlawful content or infringe third-party rights.
4) Customer Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of your data. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (see link above). Where we act as a processor on your behalf, we will execute a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request.
5) Third-Party Services
The Services may interoperate with third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those integrations.
6) Service Changes
We may improve or modify features from time to time. If we make a material change that significantly impacts you, we'll notify you in advance where reasonable.
7) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, for security risks, or as required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. We'll provide reasonable assistance to export your data.
8) Intellectual Property
We (or our licensors) own the Services and all related IP. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
9) Warranties & Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages.
11) Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful content or misuse of the Services.
12) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local law requires otherwise.
