Use this form to request deletion of your personal data, or email privacy@digitalinterlock.com if you prefer. We will acknowledge within 72 hours and complete or respond within 30 days (GDPR), unless an extension is justified.
What happens next (our process):
- We log your request with a unique ID and timestamp in our secure register.
- We verify your identity and ownership of the data.
- We assess legal/contractual retention requirements and confirm the scope with you.
- We delete or anonymise eligible data from live systems and schedule removal from backups on expiry of the backup window.
- We send you a completion notice detailing scope, exceptions (if any), and dates.
Tracking & logging:
- Requests are tracked in our compliance register with status, handler, dates, and outcome.
- Minimal metadata about the request (not the content) is retained for 3 years for audit purposes.
